The Chef
The dining experience at ‘Flavors Restaurant’ will be one of the highlights of your stay in Lombok. Unique, dangerously romantic. Unmatched with other dining experiences in Lombok. Directed by passionate Indonesian Chef I Wayan Jiwa Raga who gained his experience in the kitchen of The Oberoi Hotel Group, as well as in Mozaic Restaurant Bali.
The Year 2023 will be a landmark for Chef Jiwa at The Lodge, it will celebrate Chef Jiwa Raga’s 14th anniversary at The Lombok Lodge Hospitality.
The Owners
Ben and Anja started their hospitality career at the age of 24 in their Belgian restaurant. Travelling the world, they fell in love with the island Lombok and its people. In 2010 they opened The Lombok Lodge Boutique Hotel. The Lombok Lodge is Tripadvisor’s no. 1 Hotel in Lombok since 2011.
